Sealite Supporting Victorians in Need

Somerville, Victoria, Australia – December 16, 2019 – Sealite Australia are sponsoring the Somerville Family Day that is being held in March 2020.

The event supports the local community, helping to raise funds for organisations and individuals in need. Funds raised are donated to local schools and heritage societies, the emergency services and to individuals requiring educational assistance.

To ensure the Somerville Family day can be held each year, the organisers rely on the generosity of business sponsors like Sealite to support their community awards. This year Sealite are the major sponsor of the Somerville Junior Member of the Year Award.  This award recognizes individuals under the age of 18, who have made the community a better place.

This fundraising event is being held on the Labour Day weekend, March 9 2020. It will be held in Somerville, a town located on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria.

The carnival style event will showcase the best of what the region has to offer. This will include amusement rides, market stalls, community activities and food trucks offering a variety of regional cuisine.
