This month marks the 10-year anniversary of Sealite’s acquisition of Rhur Tooling. By purchasing Rhur Tooling, Sealite was able to insource precision toolmaking and establish a new factory on 9 Industrial Drive, Somerville, Australia.

Precision toolmaking is the backbone of any successful manufacturing business. Since we have direct access to our very own tool room, we can guarantee a timely response to customers’ needs and on-time delivery. We know time is an important factor, so together with our toolmaking masters, we make sure products are built as fast as possible.

For our business, insourcing precision toolmaking ensures we produce high quality parts. The Sealite tool room design and build all of our injection moulding dies, jigs and fixtures. They also machine custom parts in our modern CNC machines. Our products can be modified or changed to meet a custom demand within a specified lead time.
